A similar case has come to light from the capital Raipur, where some youths blocked the road by parking their vehicles on the road under the Raipura Chowk Overbridge in DD Nagar police station area and created a lot of ruckus. During this, along with cutting the cake, they also burst firecrackers, due to which there was a long queue of vehicles on both sides of the road for about half an hour.
