Irregular employees such as contract, daily wage earners, collector rate, workers working on labor commissioner rate, placement, honorarium, part-time, jabdar, regularization of contract, reinstatement of separate employees, full-time replacement of part-time employees, outsourcing-contract closure There is resentment among the employees due to not making any provision/announcement. State convenor of the Employees’ Union Gopal Prasad Sahu said that the Congress had promised to fulfill our demands on priority within 10 days after forming the government. Similarly, in point number 11 and 30 of Congress’s public manifesto “Dur Drishti, Pakka Irada, Congress Karegi Poorna Vaada”, regularization of irregular employees, non-retrenchment including stopping outsourcing was given place.
