Bilaspur. While giving its decision in an important case, the High Court has given a big relief to the President of Chhattisgarh State Urdu Academy, Idris Gandhi. The court has issued an order for him to continue in his post. The single bench of Justice NK Chandravanshi today strongly reprimanded the state government. The court gave clear instructions and said that Idris Gandhi cannot be removed before three years. The court said that the state government has not followed any procedure for removal. The court has given permission to the President of Urdu Academy to work. The court has also said that the order of GAD is completely illegal and the appointment of Chhattisgarh Urdu Academy cannot be arbitrarily canceled by applying arbitrary meaning to it. The High Court has also directed that the State should study the orders of the High Court before arbitrarily canceling the appointment of the Chairman of the State Urdu Academy.
