High Court judge Deepak Tiwari reached National Lok Adalat, said- cases are settled in Public Court by mutual consent

 Balodabazar. On the instructions of the Supreme Court, a National Lok Adalat was organized in Balodabazar Bhatapara district today. Justice Deepak Tiwari of Chhattisgarh High Court participated in it and said that the cases brought to the Lok Adalat are resolved by mutual consent and neither does any party win or lose, rather the animosity ends and harmony increases

National Lok Adalat was organized in the district court premises of Baloda Bazar district. Most of the cases in National Lok Adalat were related to electricity bills. The complainants who came here complained that the electricity department has sent a huge bill to their house without installing the meter. Even the bill for three months has been sent for 30 to 42 thousand rupees, which is injustice to us poor people.

High Court Justice Deepak Tiwari arrived at National Lok Adalat for inspection. He directed that maximum number of cases should be resolved through mutual agreement. Justice Deepak Tiwari said that National Lok Adalat is the only medium where cases can be resolved through mutual agreement because in court one side wins and the other side loses. Justice Tiwari also addressed the advocates while inspecting the National Lok Adalat organized at Baloda Bazar. During this he also planted a sapling in the court premises. Justice Deepak Tiwari was welcomed by the Baloda Bazar Advocates Association. District and Sessions Judge was also present on this occasion.
