Bilaspur. The hearing in the D.Ed vs B.Ed case was held in the High Court on Tuesday. During this, the court gave the government a last chance and gave it two weeks to comply with the order given earlier by the High Court. The case was heard in the court of Justice Arvind VermaActually, the High Court had considered only D.Ed degree holders suitable for the post of assistant teacher. After this, the B.Ed degree holders working on this post challenged this decision in the Supreme Court. Meanwhile, the D.Ed holders filed a contempt petition in the High Court saying that the government is not implementing the court’s order and is not removing B.Ed holder assistant teachers from the post.It is noteworthy that the apex court has also upheld the decision of the High Court. The contempt case has been filed by the petitioner through advocate Ishaan Verma.
