Takhatpur. The health department is adopting a strict attitude against quack doctors. Action is being taken against quack doctors across the district and their clinics are being sealed. BMO of Takhatpur in Bilaspur district Dr. Umesh Sahu raided the clinic of quack doctor Surendra Vaishnav located in Belsara with his team. The BMO team seized the material and medicines available in the quack doctor’s clinic and sealed it. Warned that if the practice is not stopped, an FIR will also be filed in the coming days.Let us tell you that many patients have lost their lives due to wrong treatment in Bilaspur district. Due to such incidents happening continuously, Collector Avnish Kumar Sharan has directed to take action by running a campaign against quack doctors across the district.Currently, malaria, diarrhea, dengue and swine flu have spread in the district. In such a situation, quack doctors are having a field day in the area. Due to this, Block Medical Officer Dr. Umesh Sahu took action against quack Dr. Surendra Vaishnav of Belsara and locked his clinic. He said that quack doctors in Takhatpur assembly should immediately stop their activities or else action will be taken against them under serious sections till FIR is lodged in the police station.
