Governor Mr. Vishwabhushan Harichandan addressed the 16th session of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly today and read out the speech.
On reaching the Vidhansabha, Governor Shri Harichandan was welcomed by Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel, Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant and Leader of Opposition Shri Narayan Chandel.
