Governor Mr. Vishwabhushan Harichandan reached the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly to address the 16th session.
Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, Assembly Speaker Dr. Charandas Mahant, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mr. Ravindra Choubey and Leader of Opposition Mr. Narayan Chandel welcomed Governor Mr. Harichandan on his arrival in the Assembly.
