Raipur. Now the district administration and public representatives have intensified efforts to conserve the ponds of the capital Raipur. After the beautification of Budha Talab and Telibandha Talab, one of the oldest ponds located in the middle of the city, now Raipurians are going to get another such gift soon.
Actually, Gajraj pond spread over an area of more than 200 acres in Boriyakhurd, Raipur is being beautified. For this, Raipur Rural MLA Motilal Sahu anDuring the inspection of Gajraj pond located in Boriyakhurd this morning, Collector Dr. Singh has instructed to prepare drawing-design to improve the beautification of Gajraj pond and develop it as a tourist center. The collector said that keeping in mind the water conservation of the pond, plantation work will be done around the pond. Along with this, a part of the pond will be developed as an oxygen zone with nature trail and tracking. Where nature lovers will be able to experience greenery like a forest in the city itself.d Collector Dr. Gaurav Singh inspected the pond this morning.
