Raipur, 17 June 2024: Food and Civil Supplies Minister of Chhattisgarh Government, Mr. Dayaldas Baghel and Revenue Minister Mr. Tankaram Verma reached the district headquarters Balodabazar on Monday. They took stock of the damage caused by the vandalism and arson incident done by anti-social elements in the joint district office a few days ago. During this, former MLA of Bhatapara Assembly Mr. Shivratan Sharma, former MLA of Bilaigarh Assembly Dr. Sanam Jangde, Collector Mr. Deepak Soni, Superintendent of Police Mr. Vijay Agarwal were also present.
Both the ministers inspected the outer area of the entire building. Along with this, they also inspected various branches of the Superintendent of Police office. They took stock of the renovation work going on in the damaged part and instructed to complete it expeditiously. They also observed the applications being taken in the Superintendent of Police office for maintaining the documents of the vehicles damaged during the incident and asked to take necessary steps quickly to provide insurance money to the victims.
