In Raipur, a young man is struggling from door to door after getting trapped in the fraud of some people. He has also appealed to the Prime Minister’s Office, Governor of Chhattisgarh and Raipur SSP for help. From there, instructions were also given to the concerned officials to solve the problem. Despite this, FIR is not being registered against the young man in Kabir Nagar police station. The youth has now talked about committing suicide in front of the Chief Minister’s residence.

This whole matter is of Chandrashekhar Sharma, resident of Adarsh ​​Chowk, Kabir Nagar police station area. Chandrashekhar told in his complaint that he was working in the shop of Vijay Aggarwal and his wife Neena Aggarwal since the year 2019-20. He became well acquainted with the owner within a few months. He tricked Chandrashekhar into becoming his business partner. Also bought a land in Raipur in his name.

First bought land, then took loan on it

The accused got a loan of Rs 30 lakh from Bank of Baroda on the land purchased in the name of Chandrashekhar Sharma. Also took all the documents for loan from Chandrashekhar. In exchange for this loan, the accused mortgaged the purchased land in the bank. Then he got the loan money transferred to an acquaintance’s account.

After this entire scandal, the accused husband and wife told Chandrashekhar that they had sent the loan money to a company for buttons, threads and tailoring work. After the goods arrive from there, the new business will start. When no goods of any kind arrived for a long time, Chandrashekhar became suspicious. When he inquired about this, he was refused to join the job.

Many other people also accused

Apart from Vijay Aggarwal and Neena Aggarwal, victim Chandrashekhar has also accused Anmol Aggarwal, Sarvesh Pandey and Manoj Mishra in this case. According to Chandrashekhar, there are complaints of fraud against Sarvesh Pandey and Vijay and Anmol Aggarwal at many other places. The victim says that he too has been trapped in a similar manner for money.

The victim said that now the bankers are harassing him because he has a loan of Rs 30 lakh in his name. They are constantly being threatened for recovery. Along with this, the victim alleges that due to this dispute, on February 25, he was abused and beaten by the accused in Kabir Nagar police station area. After which he also complained about this in the police station.

Police officers are not even listening to PMO-Governor-SSP

In this matter, Chandrashekhar lodged his complaint in the Prime Minister’s Office on 14 February. From there it was said that you should go to your nearest police station and lodge an FIR. Despite that no action was taken. In despair, the young man filed a complaint with the Governor of Chhattisgarh demanding euthanasia. After this, the Under Secretary to the Governor instructed Raipur Collector and SSP to take action in this matter.

Raipur SSP Santosh Singh also called the youth on March 4 and assured to get an FIR lodged and take action against the accused soon. Till now, FIR against the young man has not been registered in the police station nor any action has been taken.

Warning of self-immolation on March 11

Chandrashekhar said that he is completely upset. They are not getting help from anywhere. He belongs to a farmer family of Haryana and works as a daily wage labourer. How will they be able to repay the loan worth lakhs of rupees? He told that after hearing this incident his father also suffered a heart attack. He has warned of self-immolation in front of the Chief Minister’s residence on March 11 if action is not taken against the accused.

In this case, an attempt was made to contact the accused Vijay Aggarwal to know his side. But his number was switched off.

The matter is from another police station, FIR will be the same

In this case, Kabir Nagar police station in-charge Shruti Singh said that the youth’s case is from Mova police station area. Action on this will be taken from Mova police station itself. Yes, there was another complaint of assault against the applicant. On which we are currently investigating.
