Kondagaon. The police has arrested a doctor who physically and financially exploited him on the pretext of getting a job and marriage. The victim had lodged a report at Vishrampuri police station. The victim of village Baskot lodged a written report that Dr. Surendra Kumar Sahu, posted as Rural Medical Assistant in CHC Salna, physically exploited her from 2019 to 2023 on the pretext of marriage and getting her a job. During this period, tThe accused used to threaten to kill the victim if she demanded money, due to which the victim was afraid to lodge a report due to fear and pressure. Based on the report of the victim, the crime was registered at Vishrampuri police station and taken up for investigation. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, Superintendent of Police Y. Akshay Kumar directed to arrest the accused immediately and take legal action.
