Raipur. Chhattisgarh Social Audit Unit Employees Federation has opened a front against the director of the department, Manoj Kumar Tiwari. The employees of the department say that the director of the department, Manoj Kumar Tiwari, is working against the rules, he is extorting money from the employees. The conductor talks to them in abusive language. Those who do not agree are tortured. Angered by the arbitrariness of the Director, the employees working in the department submitted a memorandum at the Raj Bhavan demanding his removal from the department as well as action against him.
Department employees Ranveer Singh and Satyam Patel said that even before this the employees had submitted a memorandum to the ministry against the operator. But till now no action has been taken nor any kind of prevention has been done. After the complaint of the employees, Manoj Tiwari is continuously harassing them mentally with a feeling of revenge. At the same time, they are also issuing notice in the form of a warning letter with the aim of removing them from the workplace. The employees handed over the audio/video of the threat to the Governor.
The employees who reached the Governor with a complaint against the Director of the Social Audit Department told that Manoj Kumar Tiwari is demanding money from them, we had complained to the Ministry by attaching both the video and audio of this. But no action was taken, hence today we have attached both video/audio along with the memorandum and submitted it to the Governor. Employees say that they have not received any increment for the last nine years. Only those who are paying as per the demand of the operator are being given increment. The employees have warned that if action is not taken against the operator, they will protest.
