Control room will be made to advise patients of home isolation
Nodal officers will be made for cleanliness in Covid care centers, monitoring the availability of food on time
Collector gave instructions
Dhamtari 06 September 2020. Now a daily media bulletin will be issued from the district, giving information about the total test, negative, positive corona patient, beds available in the district’s Covid Care Centers, beds available in the ICU. Collector Shri Jai Prakash Maurya has directed the Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. D.K.Turre to ensure its arrangement and smooth operation. In fact, the Chief Minister of the state, Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, from his residence today, through his video conferencing, held a meeting of all the Commissioners, Collectors, IGs, Superintendents of Police, CEO, District Panchayat, Commissioner Municipal Corporation and Chief Medical and Health Officers to treat corona infection and treatment. They reviewed the system, in which they have instructed to issue media bulletins related to corona daily from the districts. According to the instructions of the Chief Minister, the Collector has asked Dr. Turre to create a call center for patients living in Home Isolation, in which 24 hours duty will be imposed so that necessary medical advice can be given to the patients through teleconstruction.
Also, according to the instructions given in the video conferencing, Kovid patients with no symptoms and mild symptoms will be kept in home isolation. For this, home Isolation can be done in homes with attached bedrooms with toilet-bathrooms, relaxing the requirement of three bedrooms in the patient’s home. Also, if the report of any one person in the family has come up positive, then instead of getting a cavid check of all the members, the family members who are more than 65 years of age, suffering from serious illness, pregnant woman etc. Are Patients living in Home Isolation will also be provided with a prescription along with prophylactic medical pests. It has been told in the video conference that for patients living in Home Isolation, to bring uniformity in the guidelines related format, it will be prepared at the state level and made available in the districts. In view of this, the Chief Medical and Health Officer has instructed the Chief Medical and Health Officer to make this prescription compulsory for providing patients with homeopathic medicine. Besides, the Collector has also directed to regularly inspect the doctors in all the Covid Care Centers. If for some reason the doctors are unable to make it to the round, then the patient can do video calling.
According to the instructions given in the video conference, the collector has given instructions to ensure cleanliness in all Kovid care hospitals, availability of water in the toilets and timely arrangements for providing food to the patients. For this, Nodal officers will also be appointed in the district, who will monitor sanitation, toilet toilets and water arrangements and food etc. in the respective centers every day. It was also told in the meeting that if a Kovid is a positive patient, he can be brought to the hospital in his own vehicle instead of an ambulance. On this occasion, the Chief Medical and Health Officer informed that adequate quantity of N95 mask, PPE kit, pulse oximeter, medicines, oxygen cylinders etc. are available in Kovid Hospital of the district. Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Mrs. Namrata Gandhi, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Mr. Ashish Tikriha, Additional Collector Mr. Dilip Agrawal were present during the video conference.
