Now, patients with ‘no symptoms’ or ‘low symptoms’ of Kovid 19 in the district can be placed in home Isolation, but these patients will be able to go through teleconstitution twice a day. Collector Shri Jai Prakash Maurya has given instructions to the Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. D. K. Turre to set up a 24-hour functional control room at the earliest. The Collector has directed that it would be mandatory to call home Isolated people twice daily in the morning and evening from the control room. In addition, a symptom register will also be kept in the control room, in which the patient’s health symptoms will be noted. If the patient has any respiratory problems, the Collector has also emphasized to arrange to send him immediately to Covid Care Hospital. He also informed that now private vehicles can also be used instead of ambulances to transport Kovid 19 patients to the hospital.
With this, now all the development blocks will also have Isolation centers for patients with no or less symptoms. The Collector has directed the concerned SDM to identify the site and convert it into an Isolation Center. Along with this, the revenue officers will be posted as nodal in the Kovid Care Hospital, all the Kovid Care Centers and Isolation Centers in the district, who visit those centers every day, cleanliness there, availability of food to patients, water Will monitor the system etc. The Collector has directed that the appointment of cleaning personnel be ensured in all these Isolation Centers.
In fact, today, in the collectorate meeting, they were meeting the district level officials to discuss the prevention and protective measures against infection of Kovid 19 and the arrangements being made for better treatment. In this meeting convened from 12:30 pm, he told that now it will be the responsibility of the Health Department to issue media bulletins related to Kovid 19 from the district every day. Apart from this, by putting flakes in the main check-crosses of all urban bodies, people should be aware of Kovid 19. In addition, if a corona patient is found, consult him to ensure that he wants to be treated. In the meeting, the Collector, while taking protective measures to prevent infection of Kovid 19, emphasized on the better implementation of the important schemes of the government at the field level. On the spot, the Collector has also asked to settle pending pension cases at the earliest. Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Mrs. Namrata Gandhi, Additional Collector Mr. Dilip Agarwal and other district level officers were present in the meeting.
