Dhamtari April 8, 2020 / Under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, an amount of Rs 500 per account has been deposited in the bank accounts of two lakh 41 thousand women beneficiaries. Collector Shri Rajat Bansal has appealed to the account holders to withdraw funds from their accounts and adopt social distance only when it is absolutely necessary. He informed that the amount has been deposited in the Jan Dhan accounts of women account holders at the rate of Rs 500-500 per account. Bank Mitras working in the village or BCs appointed by banks to withdraw deposits from the account Money can also be obtained from it. The beneficiary should visit the bank branch only if it is very necessary. He told that the beneficiary whose money has been deposited in the Jan Dhan account is safe in the account and the beneficiary can withdraw the money at any time according to his need. The remaining funds of MNREGA, old age pension and other schemes are yet to come in the banks. Therefore, an appeal has also been made to those beneficiaries to withdraw funds through bank or BC only in case of urgent need and to follow social distance while withdrawing money.
