The Collector has said that efforts should be made to get all those eligible people vaccinated within the next one week. The collector further informed that an action plan has also been prepared in the district for vaccination of 18 to 44 years of age. Currently, due to lack of adequate vaccines, the vaccine centers will be provided with a dose of 200 vaccines according to the alphabet of English. According to the ratio issued by the state government, 30 out of 200 Antyodaya ration card holders, 130 priority ration card holders and 40 general ration card holders will be given Kovid vaccine. He further informed that as per the instructions of the government, the front line workers have been identified in a total of 17 categories. This includes government, semi-government and non-government personnel working in defense of corona infection by order of all personnel, journalists, lawyers and collectors working in the crematorium of urban bodies. It is mandatory for Antyodaya, priority and general beneficiary to register before vaccination at the vaccination center. The ration card, Aadhaar card and mobile number will have to be given to the Antyodaya and Priority Ration Card holder in the necessary documents that the beneficiary will have to submit when he is present at the vaccination center. Similarly, in case of APL ration card holder or not a ration card holder, the person will have to present Aadhaar card, mobile number or any other identity card.
It was informed that after the vaccine is available, the registered person will be informed about it by phone or message from the Kovid Control Center of the Gram Panchayat. In future, online portal is created by the state government, if manual registration is done by the beneficiary before the online portal is started, then it will be given priority. Manual registration will be discontinued after online portal registration starts. In such a situation, registration can be done with the help of the employees present in the Kovid Call Center of the Gram Panchayat. The sarpanch and secretary of the gram panchayat will help in this task. It has also been directed by the Collector that the Gram Panchayat Secretary will inform the beneficiary about the time and date of the vaccination on his mobile, by registering such beneficiaries who do not have mobiles.
At the end of the meeting, the Collector has instructed everyone to practice Kovid appropiate, apply masks and follow social distancing. At the same time, all BMOs have been asked to ensure that the Mitanin Kit is not kept in the Primary Health Centers under any circumstances, but it should be made available to the Mitanina so that these medicines can also be given to the symptomatic Kovid patients and their families. .
