Raipur. Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw has termed Mayor Ejaz Dhebar’s MoU to start light metro train in the capital as a bad joke. Expressing his reaction, Deputy CM Saw said that the city’s first citizen Mayor Ejaz Dhebar has played a bad joke with the people of Raipur. The public has been insulted and deceived.Deputy CM Saw said that neither the central government nor the state government has given permission, Mayor Dhebar is doing MOU for light metro in a personal trip. Five years, he did not build a road, did not do a single development work. Deputy CM Saw said that seeing the elections coming near, Mayor Dhebar is joking with the people of Raipur. This is definitely a big crime.
Any visit is authorized with the permission of the state government. Permission is given by the central and state agencies, there is nothing in this MOU, the public will not forgive Mayor Ejaz Dhebar.
