Due to non-calculation of old service, many types of salary discrepancies have also come in the pay scale of the teacher LB cadre.

The present government itself has written in its manifesto that the pay disparity will be removed under Modi’s guarantee. In such a situation, teachers from all over the state held protests and rallies in all the district headquarters to demand the same. This is the first movement after the merger movement, in which all the major teachers’ organizations came together on one platform and organized a movement by forming the Shikshak Sangharsh Morcha.
