He said, when Congress government was in power, every year we used to purchase paddy at extended hours. The paddy procurement period is nearing its end. BJP could not touch even half of the target. The BJP government proved unsuccessful in purchasing paddy. The deadline is coming to an end and the target has not been achieved. The period of non-purchase should be extended by two months
