Dantewada: Various guidelines issued under Kovid-19 in connection with Navratri festival

Keeping in view the control and prevention of infection of the Nobel Corona virus and presently the number of corona positive cases in the district is continuously increasing, it has become appropriate and necessary to implement all the relevant measures to prevent and control it. . Collector and District Magistrate Shri Deepak Soni has issued various guidelines regarding Navratri festival. Under this, the height and width of the idol should not be more than 6 by 5 feet. The idol installation pandal should not exceed 15 by 15 feet. There should be at least 3000 square feet of open space in front of the pandal. No road or section of street should be affected in the open space of 3,000 square feet. The distance of one pandal to another is not less than 250 meters. The pavilion should not have a separate pandal to sit in front of the pandal, Chairs will not be installed for the audience and organizers. At any one time, the pavilion and the front should not exceed 20 people. The person who installed the idol or the district committee will maintain a register. In which philosophyThe name, address, mobile number of all the people coming for it will be recorded, so that contact tracing can be done if any of them are infected with corona.

      Similarly, the person or committee installing the statue will install four CCTVs, so that content tracing can be done if any one of them is infected with corona. Any person who attends idol darshan or worship will not go without a mask, if found, then legal action will be taken against the concerned and the committee. Sanitizer, thermal screening, oximeter, handwash and cue management system will be arranged by the person or committee installing the idol. The committee will be responsible for not entering the pandal if there is a fever in the thermal screening or if there are any common or special symptoms related to the corona. A separate arrangement of physical distressing arrival and departure will be made by the person by apna committee by barricating them with bamboo ball. If a person gets infected due to visiting the idol installation site, So the entire cost of treatment will be incurred by the person or committee who installed the idol. Statue installation will not be allowed in the containment zone. If the above area containment is declared even during the period of worship, then the Puja will have to end immediately. During the idol installation, no banquet, bhandara, jagrata or cultural programs will be allowed during the immersion or after immersion. 

      During the installation of idol, during the immersion, during immersion or after immersion any type of musical instrument, sound amplifier, DJ will not be allowed. No offerings of Prasad, Charanamrit or any food and beverages will be allowed during idol installation and immersion. No more than one vehicle will be allowed for idol immersion. Pickup for idol immersion, use of large vehicle will be prohibited in TataS (Chotahathi). No additional decorations, tableaux will be allowed in the idol immersion vehicle. No more than four persons will be able to go to the idol immersion and they will sit in the idol’s vehicle. No separate vehicle will be allowed. The vehicle used for idol immersion will not be allowed to stop anywhere from the pandal to the immersion site.

       For immersion, the route, date and time set by the Municipality, Nagar Panchayat will have to be followed. No idol immersion vehicle will be allowed to be taken from the busy route of the city. It would not be permissible to place welcome, bhandara, prasadam distribution pandals anywhere on the route of immersion. No process of idol immersion will be allowed after sunset and before sunset. At the time of idol installation, the program of Bhajan Mandali will not be allowed during immersion or after immersion. With these conditions, idols will be allowed to be installed in homes. If the idol is installed outside the house, at least seven days before the application for the prescribed affidavit will have to be made in the zone office of the concerned municipality, Nagar Panchayat and only after obtaining permission, the idol will be allowed to be installed. For pandals, the application which will be received first under the first come first serve policy Priority will be given to it. In addition to all these conditions, the SOP issued to the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare under order dated June 4, 2020. Will have to be compulsorily followed. This directive will be effective immediately and in case of violation of the directive, strict action will be taken under the provisions of the Epidemic Disease Act and other sections as per law-friendly rules.
