Constable recruitment exam irregularities case: Three computer operators sent to jail, 14 people have been arrested so far

On the written application of the applicant, the police had registered a case against the unknown accused and started investigation on the allegation of tampering the machine to give advantage to the candidates in the constable recruitment cadre and took it into investigation. During the investigation, the police collected CCTV footage, mobile chat messages, statements of witnesses and other evidence. On the basis of digital evidence and interrogation of the suspects, three computer operators were arrested after sufficient evidence was found against the accused.The accused Favendra Chanap, father Budhram, age 23 years, village Kuangaon, police station Deori, district Balod, Vishal Yadav, father Manoj, age 23 years, resident of Motipur, ward number 03, outpost Chikhli, police station Kotwali, Yashwant Uikey, father Ramlal, age 25 years, resident of Tulsipur, ward number 17, Sadhu Chaal, police station Kotwali, both residents of district Rajnandgaon were arrested and sent on judicial remand.
