Upadhyay further said – Women break the fixed deposit and run the household by breaking their income by borrowing money at interest of Rs 20,000. That is why the Congress Party has given such a big scheme and such a big guarantee for the family for the women sisters. Today there is an atmosphere of enthusiasm among our women sisters of Congress regarding this guarantee. People are bursting crackers, playing gulal and playing drums because this big announcement has been made by the Congress party.
Congress has announced 5 schemes
1. Mahalakshmi Guarantee: Under this, an assistance of Rs 1 lakh will be given annually to a woman from every poor family.
2. Half the population-full rights: Under this, women will get half the rights in the new appointments of the Central Government.
3. Respect for power: Under this scheme, the central government’s contribution to the monthly salary of Anganwadi, Asha and mid-day meal workers will be doubled.
4. Adhikar Maitri: Under this, a para-legal i.e. legal assistant will be appointed in every Panchayat as Adhikar Maitri to make women aware of their rights and provide necessary help.
5. Savitri Bai Phule Hostel: At least one hostel will be built for working women in all district headquarters and the number of these hostels will be doubled in the entire country.

on Congress’s announcement of giving Rs 1 lakh? Chhattisgarh State Bharatiya Janata Party Mahila Morcha President Shalini Rajput told Dainik Bhaskar that first of all one laughs after hearing this claim. Congress does not have any vision with which it can fulfill such promises. People are continuously rejecting Congress in every election. In the last assembly elections, Congress government lost from Chhattisgarh also due to this reason.
