Devendra Yadav’s name also removed in Raigarh, ruckus among Congressmen in Nyay Yatra
Raipur. 10 February 2024, A round of controversies has started as soon as former Congress national president Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra entered Chhattisgarh. Overnight, the name of former CM Bhupesh Baghel has been removed from the wall writing around the Rengalpali meeting venue and slogans of former minister Umesh Patel Zindabad have been written.Apart from this, black paint has also been applied on the name of Bhilai Nagar MLA Devendra Yadav. After this change in wall writing, it is being alleged that Umesh Patel’s associates have done this.
supporters clashing with each other
At the same time, late on Friday night, supporters of Devendra Yadav and Umesh Patel were seen face to face over the wall painting dispute. However, seeing the dispute escalating, senior leaders intervened and pacified the matter. Umesh Patel has refused to say anything in this entire matter.
This could be a conspiracy by the opposition – Devendra Yadav
At the same time, Congress MLA from Bhilai Nagar Devendra Yadav says that the Congress party is fully engaged in making Rahul ji’s justice journey successful. I don’t know much. This could be a conspiracy by the opposition.
Wall writing removed for 40 km
On February 11, the Yatra will proceed from Raigarh and enter Kharsia. In such a situation, similar changes are being seen in the wall writing of about 40 kilometers coming on Rahul’s route. At the same places where the names of Bhupesh Baghel or Devendra Yadav were seen written earlier, Umesh Patel’s name has now been written on them.
There was controversy on the first day also
Controversy was also seen when the Yatra entered Raigarh in Chhattisgarh from Odisha on February 8. Former MLA Prakash Nayak started protesting by sitting at the gate after not getting entry from the VIP gate. On the other hand, the grand gate that was built for the meeting place had also fallen. Due to which the party was also trolled on social media.
There was no crowd gathered at Rahul Gandhi’s meeting in Rengalpali.
If Congress party sources are to be believed, Chhattisgarh in-charge Sachin Pilot had given a tough class to the responsible leaders when there was no turnout at the flag exchange ceremony held at Rengalpali village on the Odisha border on February 8. Local leaders have also been instructed to gather as much crowd as possible.
