Raipur. National Spokesperson Subodh Haritwal expressed gratitude for ensuring a place in the party for the youth in the political proposal at the National Convention of Congress. Subodh Haritwal said, Congress is everyone’s party. All caste respects religion and today we have proved by writing in our party’s constitution that the place of leaders of all caste and religion will be ensured in CWC.
Subodh Haritwal further said that, Rajiv Gandhi had given the right to vote and contest elections to the youth of 18 years. The result of which is that youth is sitting in every panchayat of the country. Today we have fixed the permanent place of youth in CWC. Perhaps no political party would have done a bigger thing than this. In Udaipur Chintan, we had said that 50% posts will be given to youths of 50 years of age and we have shown this in the list of AICC delegates. Expressed gratitude to the national leadership for ensuring such a place for youth in AICC and PCC.
