CM Sai’s clear statement regarding Kharif season, told officers – give standard level fertilizers and seeds to farmers, negligence will not be tolerated

Raipur. In view of the upcoming Kharif season, by June 15, all the societies in the state will be provided with standard level fertilizers and seeds as per their demand. For this, CM Vishnudev Sai has given special instructions to the officials. He wrote on X, fertilizers and seeds are available in sufficient quantity in the state. Officials have been instructed to ensure that the farmer friends do not face any kind of problem. Any kind of negligence in this regard will not be tolerated. CM Sai has further written that in the Kharif season, the demand for DAP fertilizer is high from the farmer brothers. Keeping this in mind, instructions have been given to pay special attention to the continuous supply of DAP fertilizer as per the demand. Health centers should have adequate anti-snake venom. There are areas in the state including Jashpur region where cases of snakebite are more. CM Sai has also given special instructions to the officials to ensure the availability of anti-snake venom in sufficient quantity in all the primary health centers and community health centers of such areas. CM said that instructions have been given to the officials to provide doctors and trained health workers to resolve the cases of snakebite in health centers, so that the victims can be rescued immediately in case of snakebite. CM Vishnudev Sai has instructed the officials to repair all the tube wells, hand pumps in the state, clean them and spray chlorination to ensure the availability of clean drinking water to the people in view of the upcoming monsoon season. Special instructions have also been given to the officials to ensure the availability of all essential life saving medicines in sufficient quantity in all the hospitals and health centers of the state to prevent rain-borne diseases. CM said, the health department staff should keep constant vigil in the villages and areas sensitive to infectious diseases in the state.
