Gariaband. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai’s visit to Gariaband district is likely on 05 January. During his visit to the district, the Chief Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various development and construction works. Apart from this, he can also participate in the 108 Kundiya Gayatri Maha Yagya. Collector Deepak Agarwal has assigned the responsibility to the departmental officers for all the preparations of the program. District Panchayat CEO Rita Yadav has been appointed as the nodal officer and Additional Collector Prakash Singh Rajput as the The collector held a meeting with the departmental officers today to give information about the preparations to be made for the program. He instructed to ensure all the preparations of the program in a dignified manner and complete the necessary arrangements on time. He also instructed to seriously discharge the responsibilities given for the Chief Minister’s Pravas program. During this, Superintendent of Police Nikhil Rakhecha, DFO Laxman Singh, District Panchayat CEO Rita Yadav, Additional Collector Prakash Rajput, Joint Collector Rakesh Golchha and other district officials were present.assistant nodal officer for the proposed program.
Responsibilities assigned to the officers As per the order, the responsibility of parking, vehicle arrangement, traffic route chart, law and order, blood group arrangement, carquet has been assigned to the Police department. The Forest department has been given the responsibility of providing helipad, bamboo poles for the entire program and security arrangements. The Public Works Department has been given the responsibility of complete arrangement of tents as per the dignity of the program venue, construction of stairs and ramp as per requirement to come from the beneficiary stall to the main stage separately near the stage and leveling of the entire program venue as per requirement.
The Horticulture Department has been given the responsibility of decoration of the stage as per its dignity, arrangements for decoration, flowers, garlands, bouquets etc. and proper arrangement of pots on the stage and in ‘D’ area. The Public Works Department, Water Resources Department, Rural Mechanical Services Department have been given the responsibility of preparations for inauguration and Bhoomi Pujan. The Education Department has been given the responsibility of organizing the cultural program, batch and other work, complete arrangements for stage management during the program, arrangements for announcers. The Electrical Mechanical Department has been given the responsibility of arranging sound system, stage and surrounding light system at the venue, installation of LED screen, arrangement of lighting in the stage and audience gallery including emergency generator, checking the sound system and LED screen one day before the program and submitting the completion report.
The health department has been given the responsibility of organizing a health camp at the event venue including appointing an ambulance in the medical team with life saving medicines and arrangements for treatment. The PHE department has been given the responsibility of providing clean drinking water at the event venue and public areas and the health department has been given the responsibility of making drinking water arrangements at other places. The Nagar Palika has been given the responsibility to make arrangements for cleanliness from village Majrakatta to the Police Line and the event venue and to provide dustbins at different places.
Collector Agarwal gave instructions to start preparations of the program venue, helipad arrangements, tents, cleanliness, stage preparation, material distribution, security arrangements and other necessary arrangements and complete all the works in a timely manner. In the program, the beneficiaries will be benefited from various schemes and materials will be distributed. Departmental stalls will be set up. The collector gave instructions to ensure preparations for all these within the time limit. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai will also address the public through a stage program. For this, instructions were also given to ensure seating arrangements for the public in a systematic manner.
