Raipur. Lord Shri Ram resides in every particle of the land of our Chhattisgarh. We have Rajim, which is called the Prayag of Chhattisgarh and Kharoud, which is called the Kashi of Chhattisgarh. It was my good fortune that we all witnessed the program of Pranapratishtha of Lord Shri Ramlala from Shivrinarayan, the holy land of Mata Shabari in Janjgir-Champa district. On January 22, it will be one year since the Pranapratishtha of Lord Shri Ramlala in Ayodhya Dham. This date is one of the biggest days of cultural pride for all of us. When our illustrious Prime Minister Narendra Modi did the Pranapratishtha of Lord Shri Ramlala, it was a very emotional moment for all of us. Modi also bowed to Mata Shabari in his address on this occasion. Mata Shabari’s affection for Lord Shri Ram makes us all emotional. These words were said by Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai while addressing the inauguration-bhumi pujan ceremony organized in Janjgir Champa district.Chief Minister Sai said that people of Ramnami community, who worship formless Ram, also live in this region, who have Ram in every fiber of their being. Prime Minister had also invited them to the Prana Pratishtha ceremony of Ramlala. After the Pranapratishtha of Shri Ramlala in Ayodhya Dham, when I went to see Ramlala along with the cabinet, I also presented berries of Shivrinarayan. We have started Shri Ramlala Ayodhya Dham Darshan Yojana, through which till now more than 20 thousand devotees of the state have visited Ayodhya Dham, Kashi Dham.
Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has said that we are working fast to make Chhattisgarh developed. Chhattisgarh is getting the benefit of having a double engine government in the state. The state is also progressing in other schemes including rail, road. He said that our government, working on the “Modi ki Guarantee”, on the second day of taking oath, we decided to provide housing to 18 lakh people of the state who were deprived of housing. Today, permanent houses are being built for a large number of PM Awas beneficiaries and new houses are being approved. He said that Modi ki Guarantee means the guarantee of fulfillment of the guarantee.
CM congratulates 57 newly married couples
Chief Minister Sai congratulated 57 newly married couples for entering their new married life in a mass marriage ceremony organized under the Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Yojana in a program organized at the Government High School Ground in Janjgir. On this occasion, he inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of 285 development works worth Rs 183.41 crore. This includes Bhoomi Pujan of 112 works worth Rs 118.39 crore and inauguration of 173 works worth Rs 65.02 crore. In the program, OMU was done for starting free telecom with Siddh’s ITI under Indus Soft Company Project Sanchar, free computer installation in 10 government schools under ICICI Mission DG Saksham and setting up a new training center for mason training. In the program, the tourism calendar of the district, Project Saksham, brand name Bahini for the product of Bihan groups were released.
Janjgir-Champa district has a historical identity
Chief Minister Sai said that Janjgir-Champa district has a historical identity. Mother Shabri fed Lord Ram with chewed berries. Most of the areas in this district are equipped with irrigation facilities. Maximum paddy is produced here. It is a matter of happiness that the farmers here are getting the benefits of schemes. Venerable Atal ji is the creator of Chhattisgarh and in his Chhattisgarh, our government is working towards good governance with better schemes and we are committed to this. Our government is working towards zero tolerance on corruption.
Government is fulfilling every promise
Chief Minister Sai said that paddy is being purchased from farmers at the rate of 21 quintals per acre and Rs 3100 per quintal. Two years’ pending paddy bonus amount of Rs 3716 crore has also been paid to more than 13 lakh farmers and through the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, more than 70 lakh women of the state are being given Rs 1000 per month in their accounts. Recently, the eleventh installment has been given to women. The remuneration rate of tendu leaves, the main source of income for tribals, has been increased from Rs 4 thousand to Rs 5 thousand 500. MP Kamlesh Jangde of Lok Sabha constituency Janjgir Champa also addressed the program. On this occasion, many public representatives including MLA Beas Kashyap, Raghavendra Kumar Singh, Sheshraj Harbansh, Baleshwar Sahu and a large number of common citizens were present.
