Raipur 16 April 2020 / Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today reviewed the measures to prevent relief and infection of Kovid-19 during lockdown in all districts through video conferencing from his residence office here today. He said that no one should sleep hungry in the state. Good arrangements have been made to provide food and ration materials to all the needy people. Ration should also be provided to families who do not have ration cards. It was informed in the video conferencing that the distribution of ration of two months to ration card holders in most districts is towards completion.

He said that there will be no shortage of financial resources for prevention and prevention of infection of Kovid-19. Allocation of Rs 60 crores has been issued to the Health Department. The Chief Minister held a detailed discussion with the officials on how to be relaxed in the lockdown in the coming time as well as how to strictly observe the lockdown for the next three days. Mr. Baghel instructed the officers to campaign for the repair of hand pumps in the entire state in view of the summer season. He said that permission should also be given to open shops for spare parts of hand pumps.

Mr. Baghel said that during the lockdown, good arrangements have been made in all the districts of Chhattisgarh with the cooperation of officers and employees of all departments and social service organizations with the district administration, which has created a new identity of Chhattisgarh across the country.
