Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai will participate in programs organized in Bilaspur on August 31. As per the scheduled program, Chief Minister Shri Sai will leave by helicopter from Raipur Police Ground helipad at 9.45 am and will reach Bilaspur at 10.20 am and will attend the fifth convocation of Atal Bihari Vajpayee University at 10.30 am. Chief Minister Shri Sai will attend the golden jubilee function of District Industries Association Bilaspur organized at a private hotel in Bilaspur at 2 pm. After the program, Chief Minister Shri Sai will leave Bilaspur by helicopter at 3.20 pm and return to Raipur at 3.50 pm.
