The government is in action mode in the fake caste certificate case. The Chief Secretary summoned the officers on Thursday. A high level meeting took place in the Vidhansabha room itself. Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain himself asked the officers of the department – what are they doing on fake cast certificate cases? It is discussed that reports were taken from the secretaries of 16 departments. Jain has told all the secretaries in strong words to look into the matter department-wise and let me know.

In fact, three days ago a group of youths had performed naked in Raipur. There was a placard in hand demanding action against those who got jobs with fake caste certificates. There was not a single cloth on the body of these youths. When the minister left for the assembly, these youths protested in front of his convoy. In this case, 29 youths were arrested by the police and sent to jail, but this matter became the cause of administrative wretchedness. The Chief Secretary gave these instructions
Now the officers have been asked to respond immediately in the cases pending in the High Court, finish the cases after seeing the latest status of the stay cases, take action against the concerned. Officers said that in connection with action on 269 such fake people, a letter was issued by the state government in the year 2020 to the concerned departments for action. Out of this, about 40 people have been sacked. Action in some cases is under process, while in most of the cases there is a stay from the High Court. Some employees have died. The Chief Secretary has asked for the latest report of all the cases.

Those giving fake documents working in these departments
Employees are working in GAD, Tribal, Revenue, Health, Irrigation, Women and Child Development, Social Welfare, Panchayat, Home, Energy, Higher Education, Agriculture, Forest, Cooperative, School Education and Food departments by giving fake caste certificates. Information about all these has been given to the Chief Secretary. It is now believed that action will be taken to sack everyone soon.

Opposition said- SC and ST people will never forgive Congress
A joint statement has been issued by Bharatiya Janata Party’s former state president Vishnudev Sai and Vikram Usendi, former MP Ramvichar Netam, former minister Dr. Krishnamurthy Bandhi, State General Secretary Kedar Kashyap, Mahila Morcha National Working Committee member Lata Usendi, Scheduled Tribe Morcha state president Vikas Markam, Scheduled Caste Morcha state president Naveen Markandeya.

In this, these leaders have said that the completely naked demonstration of the youth against the state government is a shameful incident for Chhattisgarh. The anger of the youth against the Congress government of the state has now reached this level. In their joint statement, the BJP leaders said that such a protest against the state government has never happened before in Chhattisgarh and in the whole country. If the government had acted in time in these cases of jobs through fake certificates, then the young sons of Chhattisgarh Mahatari would not have had the opportunity to perform such a shameful act.
BJP leaders have demanded that Governor Biswabhushan Harichandan should take cognizance of the incident of naked protest against the Congress government in the state and take necessary legal initiative and recommend immediate dismissal of the state government and imposition of President’s Rule. This government should be dismissed immediately and President’s rule should be implemented in Chhattisgarh. Considering the demand of the youth with sensitivity, it should be resolved immediately and an FIR should be lodged against the holders of fake certificates. The responsibility of the people of the administration who neglected this sad matter should be fixed and they should also be punished. This incident is a rip off of the possibilities of youth in Chhattisgarh.
