Now National President of Bahujan Samaj Party Mayawati is coming to Chhattisgarh on November 9 to hold an election meeting before the second phase of voting. Mayawati will hold election meetings in Sakti’s Hasaud and Bilaspur.

This time the electoral alliance of BSP and Gongpa

This time in the 2023 assembly elections, there is an electoral alliance between Bahujan Samaj Party and Gondwana Gantantra Party. Gondwana Gantantra Party has fielded its candidates on 30 seats and Bahujan Samaj Party on 57 seats. Voting ended on 20 seats in Chhattisgarh.

Voting for 20 seats in the first phase of Chhattisgarh ended at 5 pm on Tuesday. By 3 pm, 59.19 percent voting had taken place. Two soldiers have been injured in two separate IED blasts in Sukma. Four incidents of encounters between security forces and Naxalites have also come to light in Kanker, Sukma, Bijapur and Narayanpur. Encounter continues in Meenpa of Sukma. According to sources, three soldiers have been injured.

Bilaspur Congress got a big shock

There has been a big shock before the voting of Bilaspur assembly elections. Congress leader Pinal Upveja, who is claiming ticket from Beltara, has joined BJP along with 1.5 thousand of his supporters on Tuesday. During this, BJP candidate Amar Aggarwal welcomed him wearing a gamchha. He also expressed confidence that Pinal’s entry into BJP will strengthen the party. Congress leaders have taught Congress a lesson by joining BJP. In Kanker, Bastar, the ballot paper is heavier than the bullet.

There is no impact of Naxalites’ election boycott in Kanker, Bastar. There were queues of voters in the polling stations. There was a lot of enthusiasm among the people about voting in the Naxalite den for the first phase of voting in the Naxal-affected remote area Gumjhir village. Fear of Naxalites in Narayanpur district

Voting is going on since morning on 20 seats of the first phase of Chhattisgarh assembly elections. Naxalites have boycotted the elections in Bastar division. Amidst the fear of Maoists, villagers are reaching the booths to vote, but after voting, they are not able to get indelible ink on their fingers.

In Chihka village of Bhairamgarh block adjacent to Abujhmad of Narayanpur, villagers are refusing to get inked due to Naxalite fear, but voters are coming to vote even after walking 7 to 8 km. These also include an elderly person who had arrived with his daughter-in-law and daughter.

EVM broken at many polling stations

Voting is underway on 20 assembly seats in the first phase of Chhattisgarh Assembly Elections 2023. Meanwhile, there are reports of EVM machines malfunctioning at many polling stations, due to which voters had to face a lot of trouble. Due to this, EVMs broke down at some places during voting in Debhanupratappur.

EVM has broken down at booth number 226 of Aundhi in Mohla-Manpur. There was a malfunction in the EVM in booth number 5 of Kibai Balenga in Kondagaon, due to which voting started after an hour. EVM machine broke down in polling number 229 of Kawardha Assembly. Due to this, voting started after 1 hour. EVM has broken at booth number 126 of Bhanupratappur.

EVM machines shut down in Tanka Para

Voting is also closed at booth number 68 of Bodla. Voters are facing problems due to malfunction in EVMs. EVM machines were closed in polling station 28 Purana Dhaba and booth number 137 Tanka Para of Rajnadgaon, there was a long line of voters outside the polling station.

Congress protest against JP Nadda in Bilaspur

Congress workers in Bilaspur protested against BJP national president JP Nadda. Congress workers demonstrated in a unique style and accused him of defaming CM Bhupesh Baghel in the name of Mahadev App. Congress workers protested against the National President with Nadda in their hands. JP Nadda had conducted a road show in Bilha Assembly of Bilaspur. After this, Nadda held a meeting of the district level core committee and election operators in Bilaspur, in which the second phase of voting and election preparations were discussed.
