Chhattisgarh: BJP will not do TV debate with Sushil-Dhananjay of Congress, State General Secretary Kedar Kashyap has issued instructions on behalf of BJP spokespersons party

BJP and Congress leaders are competing to ban each other. First Congress banned two BJP spokespersons. Now in response BJP has also banned two spokespersons of Congress. The BJP has decided to ban Sushil Anand Shukla and Dhananjay Thakur of the Congress. It has been publicly stated that if Sushil and Dhananjay participate in debate programs in news channels, then BJP leaders will not participate in that discussion.

This instruction has been issued by the BJP to the spokespersons of the party. State General Secretary Kedar Kashyap has issued instructions on behalf of the party. It has been written in it that both the leaders have been banned for spoiling the sense of harmony among the people of Chhattisgarh and for using uncivilized language. In fact, since the Biranpur violent incident, the political dispute between the spokespersons of both the parties has been increasing. Congress spokespersons are also not getting involved.
Congress leaders also reach news channels in the evening to say their political things by peeping through the political windows made on the screen. But about 10 days back two BJP leaders were banned by the Congress. Said that if these two leaders come in TV debate then we will not come. Their names are Sanjay Srivastava and Kedar Gupta. The Congress had accused him of making false statements regarding the Biranpur incident. In response to this, now BJP has also declared a ban on Sushil-Dhananjay.

Congress leaders claimed that BJP leaders made inflammatory posts on social media and made statements with the intention of spreading religious disharmony. The Congressmen said that BJP’s state president Arun Sao had hurt the sentiments of the people of the state by referring Chhattisgarh to Pakistan and Taliban.

BJP Spokesperson Kedar Gupta posted on his Twitter handle an exaggerated false post that Bhuneshwar Sahu was murdered by Jihadi minded people in Saja assembly constituency. More than 8 cases of love jihad have happened in that area. It was said in the complaint that BJP’s state in-charge Nitin Nabin, while discussing with journalists in the capital Raipur on 7 April 2023, made a statement that “bombs, bullets, gunpowder and terrorism” are taught in madrasas.

After this BJP also complained
Bharatiya Janata Party leaders also went to the police station and demanded registration of cases against Congress leaders, ministers and legislators. Said- On December 22, 2022, Kawasi Lakhma publicly made indecent remarks against the then Excellency Governor of the state, Anusuiya Uike, saying that she is dancing in the politics of RSS and BJP.

In the complaint regarding Minister Amarjeet Bhagat, it has been said that Bhagat had made vulgar remarks against former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh and addressed him rudely. In the complaint against MLA Shakuntala Sahu, it has been said that during a public program in November 2022, the MLA made indecent remarks and told the local people – foreigners from other provinces were licking the feet of the people.

Regarding Congress spokesperson Dhananjay Singh Thakur, it has been said in the complaint that from time to time comments are made by him against the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi and the leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party. RP Singh commented on Narendra Modi like a mean man in a social media post. Jaivardhan Bissa had made indecent comments on social media posts by putting photographs of BJP MPs like Arun Saw, Chunnilal Sahu, Gomti Sai, Mohan Mandavi, Renuka Singh, Santosh Pandey. However, in this case the police have not taken any action against the Congress leaders or the minister so far.
