According to the Meteorological Department, some in Balod, Balodabazar, Bemetara, Bilaspur, Dhamtari, Durg, Gariaband, Gaurela Pendra Marwahi, Janjgir-Champa, Jashpur, Korba, Mohla Manpur Ambagarh Chowki, Raigarh, Raipur, Rajnandgaon, Sakti, Sarangarh Bilaigarh, Surguja. There is a possibility of thunderstorm and rain with strong wind at places. The weather department says that the weather will remain like this for the next 24 hours.

Meteorologist HP Chandra said that the synoptic system is a cyclonic circulation located 0.9 kilometers above sea level in southern Jharkhand and the surrounding area. Whereas a trough line is 0.9 km above sea level over the cyclonic circulation from South Jharkhand to West Madhya Pradesh. At 0.9 km above mean sea level, a trough is extending from East Vidarbha to Telangana-Rayalaseema-South Interior Karnataka to South Tamil Nadu. Due to this, changes are being seen in the weather of Chhattisgarh.
