The deceased youth has been identified as 24-year-old Uttam Verma, resident of Amaghat. Uttam’s mother had previously been a District Panchayat member and his father Balla Verma is also actively associated with politics. In the morning, the family came to know about Uttam’s death after seeing the photo of the dead body on social media, after which they reached Kumhi.
