Raipur. Industry Minister Lakhan Lal Devangan held a meeting with representatives of the cement industry today, in which an agreement was reached on not increasing the price of cement. In this meeting with the Industry Minister, an agreement was reached on taking back the increased prices. Cement prices will not be increased without talking to the government. If the price increases, action will be taken. Now cement will be available at the old rate at which cement was mixed earlier.
Giving information about the matter, Industry Minister Lakhanlal Devangan said that the price of cement was increased a few days ago.
CM Vishnudev Sai took cognizance of this matter and immediately instructed to talk to the representatives of the cement industry and reduce the price.
Minister Lakhan Lal Devangan said that a meeting was held today with representatives and directors of the cement industry, in which a consensus was reached on not increasing the price of cement. The Industry Minister said that houses for the poor are yet to be built. A lot of work is also going on with the government. Private people also build their houses and homes. Instructions have been given that the poor should not face any problem due to this, the prices should not increase in any way. No price will increase without the permission of the government. If the price increases, action will be taken. Now cement will be available at the old rate at which cement was mixed.
The Industry Minister said that all the people associated with the cement industry participated in this meeting. They had told their problems.
