Now a new twist has come in the audio case. In which BJP District President Kanhaiya Rathore has lodged a complaint against CMO Narayan Sahu in Gaurela police station. He has alleged that ever since Narayan Sahu became CMO in Gaurela Nagar Panchayat, he is not showing any interest in working for the public. There is a pile of complaints in the Nagar Panchayat, he also alleged that the CMO is not behaving properly with the Nagar Panchayat President. Daily wage workers posted for years were fired from their jobs without reason. Kanhaiya Rathore said that when I wanted to talk to the CMO on all these issues, he did not pick up the phone and whenever the phone was picked up, I was provoked by using objectionable and dirty words. At the same time, in Gaurela Nagar Panchayat, a BJP-supported woman is the president of the Nagar Panchayat, when I was constantly getting complaints from the president and councilors, when I talked to CMO Narayan Sahu for public issues, he did not pick up the phone but used objectionable words on me. It has been said in the complaint that action should be taken by investigating the said matter.

Gaurela Nagar Panchayat becomes a political arena, councilors including the chairman mobilized against the attitude of CMO

Just a day before, the councillors of Gaurela Nagar Panchayat belonging to all the political parties, along with the chairman, had jointly given a memorandum to Collector Leena Mandavi regarding the problems prevailing in Gaurela Nagar Panchayat. In which, along with the problems of the city, Gaurela CMO Narayan Sahu was also accused of not cooperating in the works related to the Panchayat. After which the Collector assured the chairman and councillors that the problems will be resolved soon. In the said memorandum, all the councillors including the chairman said that in the last 4 months, in the scorching heat, water supply is not being done continuously in 15 wards of the city, old pumps have been damaged. Old water pipelines have rotted, diseases like jaundice and cholera are spreading due to drinking dirty water. Street lights are not working at many places in the city. The councillors have also complained to the collector that the current CMO is not paying attention to many problems. The council meeting is not being held and he is doing his own arbitrary ways.

Councillor, former councillor and former alderman submitted a memorandum in favour of CMO

Gaurela Nagar Panchayat councillors Guna Bai Rathore, Mamta Jaiswal, Manorama Gupta former alderman, Rakhi Singh Gehlot former councillor, Dileshwar Rajput, Pradeep Jaiswal and many other BJP leaders while giving a memorandum to the collector said that the CMO is being harassed deliberately. Because before this, there has been a lot of corruption in Gaurela Nagar Panchayat. In which all this is being done to avoid action by the Economic Investigation Bureau and Anti Corruption Bureau. It was told in the memorandum that at present CMO Narayan Sahu is working with full honesty. He is being harassed by adopting all sorts of tricks. So that he gets his transfer done.

The representatives of Nagar Panchayat are face to face with the CMO. How will the basic problems of the people be solved amidst all these controversies? It will be interesting to see when the people of Gaurela will finally get justice amidst all this.
