According to the information, this murder took place two years ago on 16 May 2022. It was told that in village Amethi of Arjuni police station, businessman Rajendra Parakh of Dhamtari town was having a land related dispute with the village elder Firangi Nirmalkar. There was a dispute between the two at 8.30 am on the date of the incident, after which Firangi Nirmalkar (59) along with his wife Phuleshwar Bai (55) hit businessman Rajendra Parakh hard on the head with an iron rod. Seriously injured Rajendra was brought to Christian Hospital. Where the doctors declared him dead after investigation. In this case, the police registered a crime under section 302/34 against both the accused and arrested them. After investigating the case, the police presented the case diary in the court, where its final hearing was held in the Additional Sessions Court.
Judge Usha Gendale, after looking at all the evidence in the case and hearing the witnesses, convicted the accused Firangi Nirmalkar and his wife Phuleshar Bai Nirmalkar. After this, the court sentenced both of them to life imprisonment under section 302/34. Also punished with a fine of Rs 1000 each. In case of non-payment of fine, he will have to undergo additional rigorous imprisonment of 6 months.
