BJP National Vice President Saroj Pandey has given big statements regarding Rahul Gandhi’s visit to Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. At the state BJP office in Raipur, he also described the new housing scheme of the Congress government as a fraud.
Saroj Pandey said that Rahul Gandhi understands Indian politics less and is learning Indian politics. Like the fancy dress competition, sometimes he becomes a porter and sometimes he becomes a mechanic. Saroj said that she does not understand what Rahul wants to become. Even at this age, he has not been able to decide what he wants to become. Now maturity should be visible after middle age, Rahul Gandhi has come to launch the Chief Minister Housing Scheme, this is unfortunate for Chhattisgarh. ‘Congress deliberately did not provide houses to the people’
Saroj Pandey mentioned the resignation of Deputy CM Singhdev from the post of Panchayat Minister. He said that when Singhdev left the post of Minister of Panchayat Department, it was written in the letter that people were not getting the benefits of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
Then the Congress people had said that because there is the word Prime Minister in it, the entire money should be given to the Central Government and by saying this, the Congress deliberately deprived the poor people of Chhattisgarh from taking advantage of the scheme.
Rajya Sabha MP Saroj Pandey has accused the state government of betrayal for not providing the benefits of PM Awas Yojana to the people of the state. He said that the state housing scheme is in the name of the Chief Minister. But due to the name of the post of Prime Minister, more than 16 lakh people of the state could not get the benefit of the Central scheme.
‘That’s why Congress brought the housing scheme’
Saroj Pandey gave the political reason behind bringing the Chief Minister Housing Scheme. He said that when the scheme was withdrawn due to non-payment of state’s share in PM Awas Yojana and BJP started going among the public regarding this issue, the Congress government got nervous. Saroj said that elections are after 2 months, hence this plan will prove to be a deception and a lie. Deepak Baij responded to the allegations.
State Congress President Deepak Baij responded to BJP’s allegations. He said that because the Central Government is not providing facilities to Chhattisgarh and is not able to provide housing scheme, hence the State Government has come up with its new housing scheme in the name of the Chief Minister.
On this reply of Deepak Baij, Saroj Pandey reminded the speech of Deputy CM TS Singhdev in PM Narendra Modi’s meeting. In which Singhdev had said that the Prime Minister did not discriminate against Chhattisgarh in development. Saroj Pandey said that Deepak Baij should decide whether he was lying.
