BJP’s intellectual conference: BJP General Secretary Vinod Tawde said – India will become a developed India by developing infra, agriculture, transport and military power.

Raipur. The intellectual conference Vision of Developed India, 2047 India was organized on Thursday at Maharaja Agrasen College Auditorium in the capital. Businessmen, CAs, doctors, lawyers, economists, artists, professors, teachers, former officers, army personnel and heads of social institutions from across the state were present in the programme. The chief guest of the program was BJP’s National General Secretary Vinod Tawde and Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao presided.

Chief guest Vinod Tawde, while comparing the work of 10 years of UPA government and Modi government in the conference, said that development in the country has created new dimensions in the last 10 years. The total tax collection in 10 years of UPA government was about 68 lakh crores, in 10 years of Modi government it was about 215 lakh crores. 215 percent increase in Modi government. The average inflation rate in the 10 years of the UPA government was 8 percent, despite the Covid challenge of the Modi government, it was 5 percent. In the UPA government, the MSP of paddy was Rs 1310 per quintal, which increased to Rs 2183 per quintal in the Modi government. In the Congress government, the purchase of pulses on MSP has increased by 1.52 MLT, in the Modi government it has increased by 82.21 MLT i.e. 54 times. He said that the size of the last budget of the UPA government was Rs 16 lakh crore, the size of the last budget of the Modi government was Rs 48 lakh crore, which means the budget has increased three times. UPA government gave 33 lakh crores to the states in 10 years, Modi government gave 129 lakh crores, there was 300 percent increase in Modi government.

BJP’s national general secretary Vinod Tawde said that in the UPA government, the total payment to farmers for paddy purchase was Rs 4.4 lakh crore, in the Modi government Rs 12.18 lakh crore was paid. The average GDP in 10 years of Congress government was 6.81 percent, in Modi government it was 7.13 percent except the year of Covid. Under Modi government, the number of universities increased from 723 to 1113, the number of IITs increased from 16 to 23 and the number of IIMs increased from 13 to 20. The total capital expenditure in 10 years of UPA government was Rs 12 lakh crore, in 10 years of Modi government it increased almost three times to Rs 44 lakh crore. In the 10 years of UPA government, exports were Rs 99 lakh crore, in the 10 years of Modi government, exports were Rs 235 lakh crore.

In the UPA government, the total payment to farmers for purchasing wheat on MSP was Rs 2.2 lakh crore, in the Modi government Rs 5.4 lakh crore was paid. In the 55 years of UPA, 91,287 km of national highways were built, in the 10 years of Modi government, 146,145 km. In 10 years, the national highway network increased by 54,858 km. In comparison to the Congress government, the speed of road construction under the Modi government increased from 12 km per day to 42.03 km.

BJP national general secretary Tawde said that foreign investment was 304 billion dollars during the Congress government, which increased to a record level of 629 dollars during the Modi government. In comparison to the Congress government, the number of airports increased from 74 to 148 under the Modi government. Defense exports, which were at zero level in the Congress government, touched a record level of Rs 16 thousand crore in the year 2022-23 in the Modi government. Under Modi government, railway line construction increased from 1900 km to 9000 km and railway line electrification increased from 3 thousand km to 28 thousand km. The tax of around Rs 70 thousand which was levied on an income of Rs 7 lakh in the Congress government became zero in the Modi government.


While explaining about the upcoming action plan in Modi Government 3.0, General Secretary Tawde, who developed and constructed Namo Bharat trains, said that world class stations will be constructed under which more than 1,300 railway stations will be redeveloped on world class standards. Will expand the network of modern trains. Has developed and manufactured world class Vande Bharat, Amrit Bharat and Namo Bharat trains. The train network will be further expanded and the metro network will be expanded. The first bullet train corridor is being developed. We will conduct a feasibility study for new corridors in the North, South and East to expand this bullet train network. To experience the rich heritage of India, we have started Bharat Gaurav Rail Service. We will expand it to all the major faith and cultural centers of the country. He said that the world class road network and PM Gram Sadak Yojana will be expanded and will ensure better connectivity, health, education, government services and access to markets. Will build 15,000 km access-controlled highways. Also, we will make them congestion free and dynamic by constructing ring roads in major cities. Will promote electric vehicles: Today there are more than 30 lakh electric vehicles on the roads of India. We will further expand the network and also install more charging stations. We will increase air connectivity manifold by developing and operating airports, helipads and aerodromes and modernizing airports.

General Secretary Tawde said that we will make changes in the laws to make the Indian shipping industry world class. 6G will bring digital revolution, expand 5G network and play an important role in developing 6G technology. More than 2 lakh gram panchayats have been connected to broadband under Bharat Net. Now we will provide high-speed internet by connecting every gram panchayat with broadband.

Ownership rights of land owners established through PM Swamitva Yojana

General Secretary Vinod Tawde said that the ownership rights of the land owners have been established through the PM Swamitva Yojana. Through this scheme, we will promote digitization of land records and connect them with various institutions like Revenue Court and Registration Office. Our goal is to become self-reliant in the energy sector by 2047. We will achieve energy self-sufficiency by 2047 through electric mobility, network of charging stations, renewable energy and energy efficiency and reduce petrol imports. PM Surya will provide solar energy to run home appliances like fan, AC, TV, electric vehicle charging and clean cooking etc. through the Ghar Free Electricity Scheme. To expand nuclear power, we will focus on construction of Small Modular Reactors (SMR) and increase nuclear power production, so that India can achieve the target of net zero by 2070. Record ethanol blending has been achieved under the Ethanol Blended Petrol Programme. We will further increase ethanol blending in petrol to save the environment as well as provide additional income to farmers.

BJP National General Secretary Vinod Tawde said that India will be made the world’s leading country in the technical and production capacity of green hydrogen. Kusal will establish a nationwide smart grid integrated with advanced technology including smart meters and control centers for energy management. Our aim is to develop world-class infrastructure and promote environment-friendly lifestyle in all cities. We will continue efforts to reduce the cost of construction and registration, easy approval of maps and improve rules to provide houses to middle-class families. Will encourage the construction of satellite townships around big cities. Will promote mixed use development and transit oriented development in these townships. We have provided piped gas connections to approximately 11 crore families across the country. We will continue to provide convenient and safe fuel to everyone by providing LPG connections.

Will start new projects for the development of cultural sites

General Secretary Tawde said that our vision of “heritage and development” will shape a future in which our traditions will inspire and unite people around the world. Inspired by Kashi Vishwanath Corridor, new projects will be started for the development of religious and cultural places. We will do all-round development of Ayodhya city. Will continue to digitize all Indian manuscripts and archives. We will launch a dedicated scholarship program for research on ancient Indian manuscripts and inscriptions. We will set up a fund for the preservation of ancient Indian civilization, classical languages, culture and traditions. Develop legal standards for the protection of cultural IP. Swadesh Darshan program has been started for comprehensive development of tourist places. We will work with state governments to strengthen this program. We will cover the life journeys of important saints and philosophers.

General Secretary Tawde said that the network of AIIMS will be further strengthened to provide good health care to the entire country. Seats will be increased in UG and PG medical education through new AIIMS and various new district-level medical colleges. PM-Ayushman Bharat is upgrading secondary and primary health institutions under the Health Infrastructure Mission. We will expand it and provide strong health facilities. By expanding Jan Aushadhi Kendras, we will make good medicines available to all citizens at low prices. Will launch Emergency and Trauma Care Mission for immediate and effective care of all trauma patients. All existing efforts to eradicate TB, leprosy, lymphatic filariasis, measles and rubella, trachoma and kala azar will be accelerated by providing timely testing and medicines. Will accelerate vaccine research and production. All existing programs to train paramedics, technicians, pharmacists and nurses will be strengthened. Will improve mental health services.

General Secretary Vinod Tawde said that India’s first human space flight mission Gaganyaan will be launched and astronauts will be landed on the moon. We will set up an Indian space station and India’s second launch complex. We are committed to growing the space economy. We will establish India as a leading space power and help countries in the Global South to use space and space-tech services. We will launch a global space academy with fellowship programs for students led by ISRO and IIST. We will also establish a Space Forum, which will showcase India as a leading space power and help the Global South access space and space tech services. The research will smoothly implement the National Research Foundation for the development of strong research infrastructure across the country. Research Fund We provide loans to promote scientific research. Will establish research fund with an investment of lakh crore rupees.

Chhattisgarh state will contribute immensely in making developed India: Arun Sao

Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao said that all of you have always had a very important contribution in the development journey of the country and the state. You all have made a special contribution in increasing the GDP of the country and the state through your hard work and work in the last several years. In the last 10 years, work has been done at a record level in India, be it infrastructure, health services, agriculture, education, defense or technology. Historical changes have been seen in all the sectors. These changes will continue, India will continue to move on the path of development at a fast pace, India will become a developed India, this is the guarantee of Prime Minister Modi. The way the previous government has done historic work in 10 years, but this government is Prime Minister Modi ji.
