Leader of Opposition in Chhattisgarh Assembly, Dr. Charan Das Mahant alleged that our Congress leaders are being intimidated and pressurized across the state to join BJP. Mahant said that former minister Jaisingh Aggarwal is also receiving calls.
In Raipur, Mahant said that BJP has no issues left, due to which they are trying to break everyone from our district members to MLAs. Mahant has also termed the allegations of the worker on the stage in front of Bhupesh Baghel in Rajnandgaon as a conspiracy of BJP.
Attempt to implicate Bhupesh Baghel in a conspiracy
Former CM Bhupesh Baghel, in whose case he himself is taking action since 2022, registered 72 cases and arrested 400 people. In this, false allegations are being made against Bhupesh Baghel. An attempt is being made to harass him by forcefully adding his name to the FIR. His name has been mentioned under conspiracy.
Mahant said that this is a complete attempt to scare and threaten them. This is now widely known, but our leader acted with courage. He said that neither will I go to court nor will I seek bail. I will fight my own battle and we all are with him in this fight.
BJP is putting pressure on Jaisingh Aggarwal
The former Assembly Speaker said that this kind of politics never happened. These people are continuously calling our leaders. We have many MLAs and former MLAs with whom we are trying to stay in touch. Even with our powerful leader like Jaisingh Aggarwal, his efforts are continuing. Charan Das Mahant said that one thing is not being understood that BJP is continuously not only in our area but in the entire state, those who are district members, presidents, municipality members, mayors, there is no one above all. Someone is putting pressure on him to leave Congress and join BJP.
