Abujhmad meant a place, such a forest area, which could not be understood. When we came to the government, I felt that how can it happen that any area of the state remains uninhabited. Where there is no system to understand the hopes, aspirations, public facilities and development plans. Regarding any area of the state, the state government should say that that area has not been covered, what could be a bigger irony than this? When I got the investigation done, it came to know that a total of 237 villages of Orchha development block of Narayanpur district and 9 of Narayanpur development block Villages are still unsurveyed. Due to lack of survey, different sections of people including farmers here are not able to get the benefits of various schemes of the government. Keeping this in mind, we have decided to get the survey work done on priority basis. So far after completing the preliminary survey of 4 villages of Orchha block and 9 villages of Narayanpur block, They were integrated with Bhuyan software and survey work of 6 other villages is in process. IIT. Preliminary maps and records of 19 villages have been prepared with the help of Roorkee. We have decided that according to the decision of the state government, till the completion of the survey process, the occupier should be given the benefit of various schemes by taking the initial record or masahti khasra as the basis. In this episode, the district administration will provide the benefits of land leveling, construction of land under MNREGA, Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Kisan Samman Yojana, Kisan Credit Card Scheme etc. Mini seed kit, tube well mining, drip irrigation scheme, by Horticulture Department Cases of shade net scheme etc. are also being prepared. Applications have been taken from the beneficiaries of these villages to get the benefits of the schemes of the government. One thousand 92 applications have been received from Orchha block and 1 thousand 842 from Narayanpur block. Taking action on these applications, benefits are being given to the eligible beneficiaries. I want to say that we have started concrete action in the direction of understanding Abujhmad properly. Soon its benefits will be visible at the ground level. We cannot deprive the people of Abujhmad of their due rights by saying that the survey of Abujhmad was not done. The work which has not been done for so many years, we want to do it as soon as possible, to increase the convenience of the people there, which has already started.

Apart from strengthening agricultural and traditional employment opportunities, we have taken many such measures, so that you people get such financial help, which was not available earlier. Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana, Suraji Gaon Yojna, Godhan Nyay Yojana, purchase of forest produce at support price, small cereal crops-called millets, their production and processing, free water for irrigation, farm loan waiver, Many works like irrigation tax waiver, Pauni-Pasari scheme have strengthened the economic condition of the villagers. But we want permanent solution to every problem. As soon as it came to notice that Chandur in Bijapur district, The people of Tarlaguda and Kottur villages do the work of plucking and cultivating chillies very well and for employment in this they cross the river and go to other states. So the Bijapur district administration got the study done that why we cannot cultivate chilli in Chhattisgarh, in Bastar, in Bijapur only? Because the climate required for the cultivation of chillies is here too. In this way 78 farmer families owning 155 acres of land in these three villages were prepared. Through DMF and MNREGA, nursery has been prepared by making initial arrangements like fencing of fields, seeds, manure, bore, drip irrigation, mulching and electricity etc. In this way, those who earlier used to earn about 10 thousand rupees per acre by cultivating moong, they will earn from one to one and a half lakh rupees per acre by cultivating chillies. Apart from this, the local people will also get employment, better livelihood and other facilities in the work of plucking chillies. With which they will be able to save a lot of money while living in their village, their home and their family.
