Bijapur 12 December 2021 . Bhupesh Baghel of Rediowarta Lokvani broadcast today from Radio 24 launched Batkchit three years concerning the Nawa Chhattisgarh and justice in th link with the salutation Jai Johar. Chief Minister Shri Baghel said that in these three years , new paradigms of development and justice have been established , giving the state of Chhattisgarh its real Chhattisgarhia identity . In this , we have fulfilled the dreams that our forefathers had for the state of Chhattisgarh . Mr. Baghel said that my biggest success of three years so that the people have their rights , are feeling themselves opportunities and real progress ,Seeing it come true. Glad I’ve been able to make some meaningful changes. Today Chhattisgarh model of development is being discussed all over the country and the world. I believe that when we follow the path of our forefathers and move ahead with reforms without tampering with the old values, we reach the pinnacle of success. In three years, we have made such efforts for the poor and vulnerable sections , which were never thought of before. Recently we celebrated Mahaparinirvan Diwas of Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar on 6th December. 10th December was the martyrdom day of Amar Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh ji and 18thDecember is the birth anniversary of Gurubaba Ghasidas ji. I would like to salute these personalities and say that everyone has ideals in our policies. In the last three years, we have been successful in following the path shown by giving equal opportunities to the weaker sections. People in Chhattisgarh have not only seen the changes closely in the last three years , but are also feeling it for the better in their lives. In this way, we made such schemes , which are actually tribal areas and the plains can do good to all. With the return of land in Lohandiguda, justice for the tribals and farmers began. Thousands of canceled individual claims were brought back in the process by reviewing the canceled forest rights claims. We are happy that so far more than 22 lakh hectares of land has been given to tribal and traditional residents , whoIt has become a means of livelihood for more than 5 lakh families. In Chhattisgarh, the collection remuneration of Tendu leaves has been increased from Rs 2500 to Rs 4000 per standard sack. Implementation of Shaheed Mahendra Karma Tendupatta Collector Social Security Scheme has brought a new light in the lives of forest dependent families. Three years ago, only 7 forest produce were being procured on support price. But we made arrangements to buy 52 forest produce at support price. Not only this , a substantial increase has also been made in the collection remuneration rate or support price for 17 minor forest produce. In this way , for making purchases , processing ,In these, the Government of India has given 25 awards to Chhattisgarh for connecting women self-help groups and playing a big role in the empowerment of tribal society . Not only this, Chhattisgarh has also been awarded the National Award for three consecutive years for cleanliness. This time the maximum 67 urban bodies of Chhattisgarh have received awards at the national level and once again Chhattisgarh has been recognized as the cleanest state of the country. Mr. Baghel said Chhattisgarh Farmers are understood those circumstances , having which we work and you are confident that the people we are dealing with farmers who work the land right. I would definitely like to say that the farmer is my life ,is my life and agriculture is my heartbeat. The day I would think for the betterment of will not harvest or harvest , collect understood that the moment he will not be the person , whom you love people. I have worked in the fields from childhood till I was young , so I have complete knowledge of farming. Every crop is a ladder for the farmer. Only low input cost and good output price can make farming profitable. That’s why we first put the debt burden on the farmers. The stigma of Difaltri , Bkayadari which was hampered , fixed her debt forgiveness. Facilitated the installation of irrigation pump connections , made arrangements for free or subsidized electricity supply for irrigation. Not only paddy but all Kharif crops ,Horticulture crops , millets i.e. minor cereal crops were brought under the purview of input subsidy under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. The first year when we’ve 2500 put the price of paddy per quintal Run, there are some people who snag Atkaya and how do we rip the barrier turns out , it is no secret. All these facilities will continue in future also. Our government will stand like a rock with the farmers. No force can deter us from its path. We have also welcomed the bumper crop of paddy. 105 this yearIt is estimated that more than lakh metric tonnes of paddy will be procured. We are continuously demanding from the central government that permission should be given to make ethanol from paddy. If it is found, then understand that then we will not even have to spread our hands in front of anyone. We will create such an economy that the farmer will get the desired price for his produce.
Mr. Baghel said state models the interaction , coordination , common good , while respecting its heritage , is inspired by the idea of cooperating and moving forward in harmony with the great development model Kcttisgdh , whether with each other Be it in the form of plans or in the form of mutual cooperation. For example, when we talk about villages, we do not talk about any one department or one scheme. Starting from Narva , Garuva , Ghuruva , Bari , Godhan Nyay Yojna , reach Multiutility Center , Rural Industrial Park and Food Park. All these are related to the resources of villages and forests. They are also related to agriculture, Also the forest , as well as the traditional skills and processing of new genres. All our great leaders like Mahatma Gandhi , Nehru , Shastri , Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar , Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel , Indira ji , Rajiv ji used to talk about empowering the weaker sections . We caught the essence of it and in three years put more than Rs.80 thousand crores in the pockets of these weaker sections. In this way, with the spirit of self-reliance, a new freshness was infused in the life of Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister said that when we started work in a concrete manner regarding the valuation of the resources of our state in the state itself, industrial development also gained momentum. Because of this, 1 thousand in three years751 industries were started and 32 thousand 192 people got direct employment. Permanent recruitment was done after 20 years in many posts in government and semi-government offices . Where there was no provision for permanent recruitment. Somehow a job was given there too. Including which more than 4 lakh 67 thousand jobs were given. Many sectors like MNREGA , self-help groups , forest management were linked with employment opportunities through convergence. Due to which the livelihood of more than 50 lakh people was arranged. This is how we have defined by our great constitution ,Realized democratic values and the concept of a welfare state. Whether it is Swami Atmanand Government English Medium School Scheme in the field of education or the initiative to constitute 72 tehsils , 7 sections and 5 districts in the field of administration, the aim of all these is to provide justice to the weaker sections of the society. Mr. Baghel said that our state model , inclusive development model whose original harmony , compassion and all-encompassing. Chhattisgarh has proved in three years that the people of Chhattisgarh will be recognized as people working with new and right thinking not only in their state but in the whole country.
