Ambikapur 12 December 2021. The 24th episode of Lokvani, the monthly radio talk of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, was broadcast on Sunday, 12 December in regional TV channels including Akashvani, FM radio. This time in Lokvani, the Chief Minister talked to the people of the state on the topic of new Chhattisgarh and three years of justice. This episode was heard enthusiastically by the women and villagers of Self Help Groups in Adarsh Gothan of Ambikapur district. Women and villagers told Lokvani as a good medium to get information about new schemes and works of the government.
Chief Minister Shri Baghel said in Lokvani that the Chhattisgarh model is really inspired by the idea of participation, coordination, all interest, respecting its heritage, and moving forward in harmony. The biggest thing in the development model of Chhattisgarh is the support of each other, whether it is in the form of schemes or mutual cooperation. For example, when we talk about villages, we do not talk about any one department or one scheme. Starting from Narva, Garuva, Ghuruva, Bari, Godhan Nyay Yojna, they reach to Multiutility Centre, Rural Industrial Park and Food Park. Our Chhattisgarh model is such a model of inclusive development, at the core of which is harmony, compassion and participation of all. Chhattisgarh has proved in three years that the people of Chhattisgarh will be recognized as people working with new and right thinking not only in their state but in the whole country.
After listening to the folk voice, the women of Gothan’s group, Mrs. Lalita, Mrs. Radhika, Mrs. Kalavati, Mrs. Dudhbai said that women of the group are getting employment due to the many livelihood oriented activities being conducted in the Gothans, the same by selling cow dung to the cattle rearers through the Godhan Nyay Yojana. Income is being received, which is giving impetus to rural economic empowerment. Shri Pradeep, Suraj and Ravi said that Lokvani also gives information about the cultural values of the state and the development work being done in the entire state including Teej festivals.
