Final hierarchy list of clerical cadre and class IV employees released
Ambikapur 07 September 2020 / Additional Collector Ms. Santanadevi Jangde has released the hierarchy list of third and fourth class employees working under District Administration, Revenue Establishment as on 1 April 2020. According to the released list, the sanctioned posts of Superintendent District Office 1 vacant post, Approved post of Assistant Superintendent District office 3 vacant posts 2, Stenographer class-1 approved posts 1 vacant posts 01, Stenographer class-1 approved posts 1 Vacant posts 1, Stenographer class-2 approved post 1 vacant post 1, stenographer class-3 approved post 2 vacant post zero. Similarly, assistant grade-2 approved post 64 vacant post 12, assistant grade-3 sanctioned post 101 vacant post 09, steno typist sanctioned post 16 vacant post 6, driver approved post 16 vacant post 3, non-sanctioned post 64 vacant post 4 .

International Literacy Day
People from different sections of Surguja move towards digital literacy
Ambikapur 07 September 2020 / E-literacy center is being operated under the guidance of “Garhbo Digital Chhattisgarh” Chief Minister Urban Functional Literacy Program under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Sarguja Shri Kuldeep Sharma, under the guidance of Collector Shri Sanjeev Kumar Jha. Under Garhbo Digital Chhattisgarh, Chief Minister Urban Functional Literacy Program 02E Literacy Center Livelihood College and JSS Gandhinagar Ambikapur are being operated in Sarguja district. In these e-literacy centers, the adult learners, youth, farmers, housewives and middle class people of the district have made a move towards digital literacy by becoming literate. Literacy Surguja is moving towards its goal and working towards a well-educated, educated and prosperous Surguja. In the modern era when the digital revolution is a challenge for the world. Garhbo Digital, an innovative initiative of the state of Chhattisgarh, is providing digital literacy from the municipal corporation area through two digital literacy centers in Sarguja district under Chhattisgarh.
District Project Officer Mr. Girish Gupta informed that in the Saakshar Bharat program run earlier under the State Literacy Mission, the district Sarguja was targeted to make 2,68,523 learners literate. The 198928 examinations have been successful in the examination conducted in 16 phases of the nationwide examination campaign. Presently the literacy rate of district Surguja is 60.86 percent as per census 2011, in which male literacy rate is 69.65 percent and female literacy rate is 51.91 percent. Women are being motivated to become self-reliant in digital form under the Chief Minister Urban Functional Literacy Program operated under “Garhbo Digital Chhattisgarh”. It is a special program in which knowledge of basic computer literacy, financial literacy, legal literacy, electoral literacy, good parenthood, life value, self-defense, etc. is being made. Under this program, 600 learners were targeted to be digitally literate in district Surguja, in which 564 learners have been successful by giving external assessment online. Currently, under this program, 18 students are left in e-literacy center Gandhinagar. E-Literacy Center JSS Gandhinagar Ambikapur operated 02 batches of 18, 18 learners in the month of March but due to Corona epidemic, classes have been suspended from March 14, 2020 as per the instructions of the State Literacy Mission Authority, which will be provided digital literacy in the next class.

Webinar organized on International Literacy Day
Like Ambikapur 07 September 2020 / per year, International Literacy Day will be celebrated on 8 September this year too. This year, the 54th International Literacy Day will be celebrated in a mixed and virtual manner due to the epidemic of Kovid-19. National, state level and district level webinars will be organized on this occasion. The function of the national will be celebrated in the main hospitality of the Union Education Minister from 12:30 pm in the auditorium of room number C 112 Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi, which will be broadcast live with video conferencing, web casting and YouTube streaming. The Chief Guest at the state level webinar will be the School Education Minister of the state. This webinar and tube can be seen from 11 am to 12 am. The chief guest at the district level webinar will be the District Panchayat Vice President, Co-Chairperson Education Standing Committee, District Panchayat Surguja. This webinar will be held from 1:30 pm to 2 pm. District Project Officer of District Public Education Committee Mr. Girish Gupta said that in the district level program, all the staff, e-educators, selected e-educators and selected e-learners have been asked to join the program online.

Ambikapur 07 September 2020.Realizing the importance of education, today every class of people is getting educated and is venturing into life. Swachhta Didi, known as the backbone of cleanliness in Surguja district, has set an example of self-reliance by joining the Chief Minister’s Urban Functional Literacy Program Scheme. Women are writing new success stories by joining e-literacy center Gandhinagar Jan Shikshan Sansthan Ambikapur Center. Women engaged in domestic work, leaving four walls in their homes, collect waste from door to door and operate solid waste management centers in Ambikapur city under the Swachh Bharat Mission. In the initial times, these poor women came to the center to learn all kinds of computer related information by forming a group. Subjects like digital literacy, personality development, good fosterness, self-defense, financial literacy, legal literacy, electoral literacy, skill development, values of life, civic duty were assimilated to women in the institution. Along with this, women were also involved in digital literacy related to daily life, paying electricity bills from mobile, shopping online, etc. Now these women are using everything from online clothes to daily use things like incense sticks and soaps.
No one in the family of Mrs. Inder Kumar Dimension was educated. The condition of the house was much more critical. He started collecting door-to-door garbage under the Swachh Bharat Mission to properly raise parents and sisters. The Swachh Bharat Mission collects door-to-door waste and is running the Solid Waste Management Center. Today she is able to do all her daily tasks like shopping online or paying electricity bill online. Thus the financial condition of the house of Mrs. Nikita Rani Kindo was not good. The expenses of the house used to be incurred by the husband’s earnings, in which the entire cost of children’s education, household expenses etc. could not be completed. To handle the deteriorating conditions of the house, under the cleanliness mission, door to door is doing the work of picking up garbage, but the desire to study fueled a passion so that she could take 2 hours of time along with studies and the Chief Minister Urban Functional Literacy In the e-literacy center JSS Gandhinagar Ambikapur operated under the program, acquired knowledge of valuable subjects like digital literacy, personality development, good parenthood, self-defense, financial literacy, legal literacy, electoral literacy, skill development, value of life, civic duty. After learning for a few days, he also inspired his younger sister to learn in this institution. Initially, they were afraid of holding a computer mouse here and also using the keyboard, but today the situation is that it is able to easily do a lot of computer related work along with online shopping.
