The total recorded number of students in Government Primary School Tamasingha is 48 and only one head reader is posted there, due to which the students are facing a lot of problems in their studies. The parents of the children were very worried about this. These parents had reached the Chief Minister’s residence (Bagia) and given an application, on which the Collector was asked to make immediate arrangements by informing the CM House about the problem of single teacher school. The Collector showed promptness and directed the concerned officials. On his instructions, the Principal of Government Higher Secondary School Bandarchuwa has ordered Sarita Khakha, assistant teacher of Primary Girls School Bandarchuwa, to teach at Government Primary School Tamasingha in the academic session 2023-24. Also, Sarita Khakha has been asked to present her presence in the said organization. Parents have expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister for the immediate solution to the problem.
