Kanker. A contingent of soldiers reached Chhote Bethiya police station with the bodies of 5 Naxalites killed after an encounter between security forces and Naxalites in the dense forests of North Abujhmad. During the search operation, security forces have recovered the bodies of five Naxalites including two women. Security forces have recovered a large quantity of weapons including INSAS rifle, SLR rifle, 3 12 bore rifles and BGL (Barrel Grenade Launcher) from the possession of Naxalites.
