Raipur. The police department is in a state of panic after a huge cache of bullets was found in the capital Raipur. 70 rifle bullets were found in the drain in front of Hotel Vw Canyon. It is being said that these bullets are used in rifles like INSAS and LMG. Telibandha police is investigating the case after confiscating the bullets.According to the police, children fishing in Chhokra Nala in front of VW Canyon Hotel in Fundhar village found a bindori (pouch) and some open cartridges. Police reached the spot as soon as they got the information. A total of 84 cartridges and two empty shells were recovered from the drain.The cartridges seized include 303 bore, MMK, INSAS etc. The matter is being investigated. Whether these are sound cartridges or practice cartridges or live cartridges will be known only after investigation. It is being said that these bullets are used by the security forces. Bullets of SLR, Ak-47, INSAS, 303 guns have been recovered.
