Raipur, 04 May 2021. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said that Mitanin is currently playing an important role in stopping the corona in every village. Today, in the time of crisis of Corona epidemic, the responsibility of Mitannins and rural health workers in rural areas has increased further. In this, they have shown themselves to be successful with their hard work, unique service spirit and dedication.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel today discussed the situation of corona infection through video conferencing at his residence office in the capital by discussing with Mitanins and rural health workers. During this, he discussed with him the condition of corona infection in the rural areas of Jashpur of Sarguja division and various blocks of Korea district, including all the districts of Bastar division. Chief Secretary Mr. Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Subrata Sahu and Secretary to the Chief Minister Mr. Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi were present on the occasion.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that presently Corona is spread in urban areas as well as rural areas. In such a situation, for the prevention of corona infection, Mitanin and rural health workers are working tirelessly in rural areas, it is commendable. He said that there is still a lot of lack of awareness in villages about Kovid protocol, handwash, mask, sanitizer, vaccine and isolation etc. In such a situation, it is their responsibility to explain to the people in their respective areas of work, especially women about the severity of corona, and to motivate the villagers more and more to be vigilant. Also, provide the person with symptoms of Corona medicine immediately and also motivate them to get tested.
Chief Minister Mr. Baghel said that people in villages do not understand the symptoms of Kovid. Therefore, their infection gets increased inside and after the situation becomes very serious, they go to take medicines, which makes it very difficult to treat them. With this in mind, Mitanin and health workers should also explain the symptoms of Kovid to the people. He said that during field visits in villages, Mittanin Masks and sanitizers must be used, so that they are safe. For this, the Chief Minister has instructed all the collectors for adequate availability of sanitizers and masks. He said that at present every Mitanin has at least 5-5 corona medicine kits always available. They also have people wearing masks, handwashes, to protect themselves from corona Encourage maximum use of sanitizer and adherence to Kovid protocol and social distancing. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel instructed to encourage women groups in Bastar division to create sanitizers like Jashpur. He said that the construction of sanitizers by him would also facilitate good distribution of mitannins at the local level.
