According to the instructions received from the Collector and District Magistrate, Mr. Balodabazar-Bhatapara, the grocery businessmen are given exemption to do business under the following conditions. Grocery practitioners will not open their own shops and sell groceries, instead they will take orders from residents around their shop via WhatsApp or message to supply goods through delivery buoy, pedestrian, bicycle, bike or trolley. On supply of goods through vehicles, it will be mandatory to put “Grocery Transport Vehicle” banner or big sticker on the vehicle. The above permission will not be applicable to the Mall, Big Bazaar and E-Commerce type stores, Rather it would be applicable to get the material in the grocery stores of the local neighborhood. Grocery practitioners will be required to obtain the permission of the vehicle for home delivery and the pass of the delivery boy. In violation of the above conditions, Collector and District Magistrate Balodabazar-Bhatapara Order No. 829 / AJD / SW / 2021, Strict action will be taken under the rules and provisions mentioned in Balodabazar, 19 April 2021. This order will be immediately effective
